4 Green Vervet Monkeys On a Bike in St Kitts
We stopped at the grocery store and on our way in we saw four green vervet monkeys on the handle bars of a bike. The man who owned them let us take some pictures of them and told us that these monkeys are how he makes a living. When tourists get off the cruise ship they are likely to meet them and for a small fee you can hold them and have your picture taken with them. St Kitts has a lot of monkeys but the best chance of seeing one is through one of the local monkey men. You can also go driving through the south peninsula and stop by the beaches and quite possibly you may have one come and steal your alcoholic beverage on the beach. About 1 out of 3 monkeys are likely to enjoy alcohol a bit too much. Many people have askedwhere to find the monkeys. Take a look at this article about where to find St Kitts monkeys.
